Refund policy

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or changes of mind.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@marythewelder.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not started yet. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
